Heavy duty keyplate is a time tested design used in the industry for years. Constructed out of ½” carbon steel it is able to handle all ranges of thicknesses for tank construction.

LIGHT DUTY KEYPLATE

Light duty keyplate is based on the same design as our heavy duty keyplate but constructed out of 3/8” carbon steel. Weighing in at just under 13#, it is a great choice for smaller tanks and top rings.

90° FIXED KEYPLATE

90º Key Plate works at a 90º angle to push and pull walls as well as raise and lower. 90º fixed keyplate has a low profile design.

90° HINGED KEYPLATE

KEY SHIM WEDGE

Our wedges are a tapered design and fit snugly in the shim slot. Used with Key Shim and Shim Pin.

SHIM PIN

Shim has a strategically placed “stop” to prevent it from falling out of the key shim but allowing for an easier installation when used for girth seams.  Used with the Key Shim and Key Shim Wedge.

BRACKET STRAP

Used to adhere scaffolding to tanks, simply weld on and drop the scaffolding into the opening.  Constructed out of carbon steel or stainless steel, the bracket strap has the industry standard single tab style slot.  The double pin strap can be constructed upon request.

MONEY MAKER WEDGE

The Money Maker Wedge is a one-piece construction with a standard “nut” size of 2x2x1” with a 1-1/8” hole for attaching a rope or lanyard.

BULL PIN

Thorough testing on our bull pins was conducted to ensure the correct hardness and retention.  Machined out of special carbon steel alloy or stainless steel, our bull pin is extremely hard to fracture and will tolerate abuse.  It features a tapered head that slows the “mushrooming” that occurs after being used extensively.

KEY CHANNEL STRONGBACK

Strong backs are designed to form a stiffener between to horizontal sheets to provide stability to each ring. The Key Channel Strong back is available in 4” or 6” inch design and constructed out of structural grade channel iron.  It features tabs to allow the bull pin to lock into place.

Constructed from carbon steel, the I-Beam is primarily used for wind protection and girth seam fitting applications.

POISON PLATE

Made of 304 Stainless Steel, these plates eliminate carbon impregnation while tools are being used on Stainless Steel.  The Poison Plate reduce the cost of purchasing stainless steel key plates.

SCAFFOLD BRACKET/POST

Scaffold brackets and posts can be purchased galvanized or painted yellow. They are constructed out of carbon steel and feature the single tab design to match our bracket straps. Our posts are constructed of pipe and feature chain link cable supports.
